Tobias Queisser
Co-Founder and CEO
Tobias is Co-Founder and CEO of Cinelytic. He has a strong background in finance, the entertainment industry and tech ventures. Prior to Cinelytic, Tobias worked for 10 years in finance as an investment banker, and later co-founded & managed a global investment fund in London. In 2013, he founded Arctic Pictures Limited, an international film production company. Tobias holds an MSc in Accounting & Finance from CASS.
Dev Sen
Co-Founder and CTO
Dev is Co-Founder and CTO of Cinelytic. Before starting Cinelytic, Dev worked for NASA for 15 years, where he led teams of programmers and rocket scientists developing risk-assessment software for the analysis of next-generation launch vehicles and spacecraft. He also worked on developing risk management policy for the agency. Dev has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Physics from the UW, Seattle.
Christian Monti
COO
Christian is the COO at Cinelytic. Prior to joining Cinelytic, he was a studio executive for 15 years and developed a deep knowledge of traditional studio analysis procedures. His positions included managing the international television business development and distribution for Paramount Pictures, and VP of International Theatrical Distribution at Warner Brothers. A former lawyer, Christian has an MBA from Wharton.
Thomas Zäschke
SVP, Engineering
Thomas is the SVP of Engineering at Cinelytic. Over his 30 year career, he has developed and managed numerous highly complex computer systems in the banking, telecom, food regulation and consulting sectors. Thomas has a bachelor degree in computer science from Business Academy Aarhus.
Alec Trachtenberg
VP of Sales
Alec spearheads the sales efforts at Cinelytic, bringing over 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, and GTM strategy development, to early stage companies. Before joining Cinelytic, Alec worked as a sales consultant in various industries, including software, entertainment, and e-commerce. Additionally, he is an independent film producer and has authored a book on sales techniques tailored to independent filmmakers. Alec holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
Michael Xu
Senior Developer
Michael is a Senior Software Engineer at Cinelytic. Before joining Cinelytic, Michael worked as a backend developer on numerous software projects including web apps, mobile apps, and robotics systems. Michael has a B.A. in Mathematics & Economics from New York University, an M.A. in Economics from Yale, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Michael is the Founder and CEO of Hyperion Media, a private equity firm that specializes in strategic media and technology investments. Among other activities, Hyperion is involved in film financing, production and development. Hyperion also invests in visionary companies in the film industry including Legendary Pictures, Bandito Brothers, and Dax Cloud.
Blake Sitney
Founder and CEO, Profound Networks
Blake has been a tech entrepreneur for more than 20 years, and is the Founder and CEO of Profound Networks and the Founder and President of Marigold Technologies. His businesses focus on bringing B2B insights to Fortune 50 companies. Blake is an alumni of St. John’s College, and lives between Thailand and New York City.
Joe DiMento
Head of Enterprise at Coda
Joe DiMento is the Head of Enterprise at Coda.io. Previously, Joe was the VP of Business Development at Legendary Analytics (acquired by Warner Media), and the Director of Business Development at Tubular Labs. He also served as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company, and a Relationship Manager at Google. Joe holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an A.B. from Harvard.
